Hello ,
- You need a mifare card .
- Install NFC TOOLS on your smartphone , and active your NFC then read the card .
- You should take the id number of the card ( pass the card on your phone) then convert it into decimal
- Put the decimal number in the Card unique identifier field.
- Fill all fields and click on save
