Firmware Update Procedure
- Download the update file attached to this article.
- Copy the downloaded file to the root of a USB flash drive.
- On the CMprint device, navigate to Admin Menu → Maintenance.
- Insert the USB flash drive into the CMprint device.
- Select and run Update USB Modules to start the installation process.
⚠ Compatibility Notice
This update is only available for model XPL21210 and enables HP 4-tier price management.
If your hardware is currently running model XPL21200 and HP compatibility is required, you must upgrade the hardware to XPL21210, as the XPL21200 does not support HP devices.
