Cartadis’nPay (CNP) payments: minimum amount and fees

1️⃣ Set the Minimum Payment Amount in the CMprint Configuration Menu

• In the CMprint configuration menu, merchants can independently increase the default minimum payment amount (currently €0.20) to better match their pricing strategy.
• If they wish to reduce this default minimum amount, this can only be done after approval from our Support team.

2️⃣ Minimum Transaction Amount

• By default, card payments are set to a minimum transaction amount of €0.20, regardless of the country.
• If a customer wants to accept payments below €0.20 (e.g. €0.10), they must submit a request by creating a support ticket at support@cartadis.com. We will review the request and either approve or reject it (see section 3).
  • In this ticket, the customer must confirm that they understand and accept the applicable transaction fees.

As a PrinterKiosk partner, it is important to understand how payments processed through Cartadis'n Pay work and how they may impact your pricing strategy.

3️⃣ Banking Fees

Transaction Fees

• EEA cards (European Economic Area): €0.05 per transaction.
• Non-EEA cards used in an EEA country: approximately €0.20 per transaction.

⚠️ These cards are blocked by default and can only be accepted after contacting our Support team and receiving approval for activation. If a customer chooses to accept non-EEA cards and also requests to lower the €0.20 minimum payment amount, the request will be declined.

Subscription Fee

• Please remember the Cartadis'n Pay + PrinterKiosk monthly subscription fee of €15 (excl. VAT), as it may affect your profit margin.

✅ Tip: Set your printing prices while taking these fees into account to ensure profitability while remaining competitive for your customers.

4️⃣ Average Pricing

• A4 Black & White: €0.20
• A4 Color: €0.70
• A3 Black & White: €0.40
• A3 Color: €1.00
