1️⃣ Set the Minimum Amount in the CMprint Configuration Menu
In the CMprint configuration menu, the merchant has the option to independently increase the default minimum payment amount (currently €0.20) to better align with their pricing strategy.
If they wish to lower this default minimum amount, it will only be possible after validation from our support team.
2️⃣ Minimum Amount per Transaction
By default, card payments are set to a minimum of €0.20, regardless of the country.
If a client wishes to offer a payment amount below €0.20 (e.g., €0.10), they must submit a request via ticket to support@cartadis.com. We will review and either approve or reject the request (see point 3).
In this ticket, the client must confirm that they are aware of and agree to the applicable transaction fees.
As a PrinterKiosk partner, it is important to fully understand how payments via Cartadis’nPay (card payments) work and what the pricing implications are for your business.
3️⃣ Banking Fees
Transaction Fees
EEA cards (European Economic Area): €0.05 per transaction.
Non-EEA cards used within an EEA country: approximately €0.20 per transaction.
⚠️ These cards are declined by default and can only be accepted after prior contact with support and validation of their activation.
If the client accepts non-EEA cards and requests to lower the €0.20 minimum amount, we will reject the request.
Subscription Fees
Please remember the Cartadis’nPay + PrinterKiosk monthly subscription of €15 excl. VAT/month, as this may impact your margin.
✅ Tip: Copy prices should be set taking these fees into account to ensure profitability while remaining attractive to customers.
4️⃣ Average Pricing
A4 Black & White: €0.20
A4 Color: €0.30
A3 Black & White: €0.30–€0.40
A3 Color: €0.50–€0.60
These prices are indicative.
